What you'll do

• Oversee blueberry and almond growing operations and execute annual crop plans
• manage irrigation, fertility, pest and disease control, pruning, mowing, replanting, and weed control
• monitor crop development, yields, quality, and operational performance
• coordinate harvest timing, labor, equipment, and transportation
• manage irrigation schedules and water records
• implement regenerative, organic, biodiversity, and integrated pest-management practices
• develop and monitor budgets
• recruit, train, coach, and supervise farm personnel
• promote food safety, worker safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
