What you'll do

• Coordinate with scheduling to verify employee and patient schedules and reconcile variances
• communicate patient assignment priorities to field staff under Clinical Manager direction
• assist with order review for regulatory compliance
• maintain clinical task reports and escalate unresolved variances
• obtain clinical documents needed for billing
• verify admission criteria
• coordinate durable medical equipment, supplies, appointments, and referrals
• facilitate transfer documents
• assist with field staff education and training.
