The Trauma Therapist, REACH Center role is onsite in Catskill, NY, with work locations also in Hudson, NY. The annual pay range is $62,500–$64,000. The REACH Center provides trauma-informed support to survivors of crime, assault, and abuse. The therapist provides individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, assessments, advocacy, and coordinated referrals to support survivors’ safety and healing. The role also supports hotline volunteers and helps clients with crime-victim compensation applications.

What you'll do

• Provide evidence-based, trauma-informed individual and group therapy
• deliver crisis intervention by phone or in person
• conduct intake and ongoing assessments
• maintain clinical records and service logs
• support compensation applications
• provide clinical expertise to hotline volunteers and 24-hour hotline support
• maintain a 30-client caseload
• provide client advocacy and referrals
• participate in case conferences, outreach, community activities, training, and supervision.
