What you'll do

• Plan and lead safe, welcoming, energizing group fitness classes
• adapt class content to participants’ health, ability, and cultural needs
• build relationships with members and encourage participation
• stay current on fitness trends and wellness practices
• maintain attendance records and check in with the Healthy Living Director
• keep studios clean and equipment properly set up and stored
• respond to emergencies under YMCA safety policies
• report unsafe conditions, repairs, complaints, accidents, or injuries
• keep required certifications current.
