What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents, members, guests, vendors, and visitors
• monitor access points and verify entry authorization
• maintain visitor and vendor records
• respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations and escalate as needed
• conduct regular and random property patrols
• maintain daily activity reports and communicate observations and policy violations.

Why this role
