Supervisor, Field Operations

Directly supervises licensed and non-licensed operators, including bargaining unit personnel. Enforces expectations and standards, provides direction and leadership in the field. Directs and assists operators in shift routines, monitors and coaches performance. Conducts plant walkdowns to identify deficiencies and initiates corrective action.
