Assistant General Manager, Guest Operations

The assistant general manager supports the General Manager in daily location operations, team leadership, and guest experience. The role helps maintain operational standards, staffing, safety, and financial execution while creating an organized and engaging environment for guests.

What you'll do

• Run daily floor operations as manager on duty, including opening, closing, station coverage, and guest flow
• resolve escalated guest concerns
• supervise and coach Leads and Slimetenders
• interview candidates and make hiring recommendations
• build schedules and manage coverage
• onboard and certify team members
• enforce safety and compliance
• monitor labor
• manage admissions and retail operations and end-of-day reports
• support inventory and merchandising
• partner on parties, group bookings, and private events
• implement operational improvements.
