What you'll do

• Prepare and bake pastries and other baked goods
• mix, shape, proof, score, bake, and finish products
• complete daily production and prep lists
• monitor quality, freshness, and presentation
• label, date, store, and rotate ingredients and finished products
• maintain a clean workspace and follow food safety and sanitation standards
• care for baking equipment
• collaborate with kitchen and café teams.
