Job overview
The Behavior Technician (BT) is an onsite role based in Monroe Township, NJ. Compensation is $22–$28/hour, and the role supports the Links ABA Therapy team. This role exists to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in their homes. The technician helps children build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving mentorship from BCBAs.
