Job overview

The Drilling Operator role is onsite in Milpitas, CA, on the graveyard shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. Compensation is $23–$28 per hour. Fralock develops and manufactures engineered components and subassemblies for technically challenging applications. The operator runs CNC drilling machines to support printed circuit board manufacturing, follows production priorities, and checks materials and product quality. The role contributes to reliable production by following specifications and safety procedures and communicating production or material concerns to the supervisor.

What you'll do

• Operate CNC Excellon or Hitachi drilling machines
• follow production priorities
• measure boards with calipers and check materials with pin gauges
• communicate inventory concerns and production status
• monitor quality and compliance with specifications
• assist new hires with basic setup and operations
• participate in process and equipment evaluations
• follow safety procedures and maintain an organized work area.
