What you'll do

• Review AI Chat conversations to identify misunderstandings or incorrect answers and work with engineering on fixes
• design handling for common shopper intents and human handoffs
• help ensure answers use order, tracking, returns, and policy data accurately
• track resolution, handoff, accuracy, and satisfaction metrics and help build evaluation sets
• analyze user feedback and product data
• contribute to feature planning, requirements, user flows, wireframes, specifications, and acceptance criteria
• track features through launch
• monitor post-launch data and feedback
• participate in user interviews and competitive analysis
• collaborate across engineering, design, QA, operations, and customer success
• conduct retrospectives and take on increasing product ownership.
