What you'll do

• Plan, organize, implement, and direct nursing services for residents on the assigned floor
• ensure compliance with regulations and facility policies
• review staff complaints and grievances and report as appropriate
• monitor unit medication and supply levels
• assist with resident nursing-needs assessments
• make nursing and aide assignments
• encourage staff participation in training.
