What you'll do

• Prepare and portion hot and cold menu items according to recipes and production counts
• serve resident meals at scheduled times
• record food and equipment temperatures
• maintain sanitation and a safe work environment
• track inventory and report low supplies
• label, wrap, and date unused food. In the Dietary Manager’s absence, oversee and support staff, including huddles and work direction.
