What you'll do

• Support leasing activity and prospective tenant underwriting
• monitor market fundamentals
• prepare financial analyses, discounted cash flow models, returns, and performance metrics
• maintain ARGUS and DCF models for quarterly valuations
• support external appraisals
• coordinate property budgets and CAM reconciliations
• prepare property and portfolio reports
• resolve property-level issues
• support Portfolio Management and Dispositions as required.
