Human Resources Manager

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs

• support recruitment, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning
• manage compensation and benefits administration
• collaborate with the outsourced PEO HR firm
• ensure legal and policy compliance
• lead investigations and resolve employee concerns
• maintain HR records and reporting
• support training, development, and continuous improvement.

Why this role

A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required. SHRM certification is listed, and five or more years of progressive HR experience is preferred.
