What you'll do

• Handle plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, appliance repair, groundskeeping, and cleaning tasks within the employee’s expertise.
• Maintain boilers, pumps, and other mechanical systems.
• Schedule and track work orders, document work and purchases, record inspections, monitor parts inventory, and respond to emergencies as needed, including nights and weekends while on call.
