Multifamily Property Manager

What you'll do

• Manage leasing, collections, renewals, resident satisfaction, and vendor coordination
• ensure compliance with housing regulations and property codes
• monitor rents, expenses, delinquencies, and budgets
• approve invoices and oversee rent collection
• recruit, train, and coach on-site staff
• oversee applications, lease paperwork, marketing, and occupancy efforts
• address resident concerns
• coordinate maintenance and inspections
• maintain records and submit reports.

Why this role
