Procurement Specialist — Sourcing and Vendor Management

What you'll do

• Source and procure according to factory demands and bills of materials
• identify vendors and manage onboarding
• track procured items, lead times, expediting, and estimated arrival/departure
• negotiate prices and manage contracts
• analyze procurement risks
• issue purchase orders and verify documents
• address onsite issues
• submit payment documents to Accounting
• prepare weekly status reports and manage purchase-order reports.
