What you'll do

• Support personal growth, self-directedness, community integration, and activities of daily living, including feeding, hygiene, medications, and community activities
• assist with grooming, bathing, oral hygiene, incontinence care, toileting, lifting and transferring, ambulation, range of motion, and communication as required by individual support plans
• promote rights, dignity, freedom of choice, and individuality
• document and communicate through program logs
• promptly report incidents or evidence of abuse or rights violations
• interact respectfully with individuals, families, staff, and partner agencies while protecting privacy and confidentiality.
