Regional Service Desk Technician

What you'll do

• Provide Tier 1 end-user support for operating systems, security tools, applications, email, workstations, and peripherals
• conduct scheduled site visits and equipment health checks
• validate inventory and retrieve or deploy assets
• coordinate Tier 2 escalations with system administrators
• maintain support and procedure documentation
• assist with device rollouts and new site openings as assigned.
