What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care

• perform care-plan-related household tasks, meal preparation, laundry, and errands
• provide companionship
• remind clients about self-administration of medication without administering medication
• document services
• report changes and incidents
• follow universal precautions and confidentiality requirements.
