What you'll do

• Develop firmwide training, onboarding, and re-orientation programs

• create department-specific and individualized training
• coordinate subject matter experts and training contributors
• develop role-based schedules and 30-, 60-, and 90-day frameworks
• evaluate program effectiveness
• support leadership development and internship initiatives
• and maintain training tools and documentation.
