What you'll do

• Partner with the General Manager and studio team on membership, retention, utilization, and revenue goals
• support sales initiatives, promotions, and community events. Model hospitality, welcome and orient new clients, coach Studio Leads, resolve routine issues, and work with the General Manager to address recurring performance or training gaps. Class instruction may be provided when certified or eligible for instructor certification.
