The Heavy Equipment Operator – Telecom Construction role is based in Shreveport, LA, with construction projects across North Louisiana’s I-20 corridor and possible out-of-state rotational travel. What you'll do

• Operate mini-excavators, trenchers, plows, and reel trailers
• review plans and assess job locations for utilities, permits, and traffic control
• inspect and perform minor maintenance on vehicles and equipment
• perform construction tasks including digging and placing duct
• follow safety and quality standards
• maintain tools and vehicles
• train colleagues.
