What you'll do

  • Coordinate and administer training platforms and track completion
  • partner with field training teams to align programs
  • oversee onboarding and in-service training
  • schedule and monitor food safety and certification training, including ServSafe
  • plan and communicate field training
  • lead safety training, compliance, and accident prevention initiatives
  • support customer satisfaction, employee engagement, operational efficiency, and financial performance
  • ensure adherence to quality, safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
  • build relationships with clients, school administrators, associates, and community stakeholders.

Why this role
