What you'll do

• Structure, negotiate, review, draft, and revise EPC, equipment supply, and operations and maintenance agreements
• advise construction, procurement, and services teams
• draft and review change orders, lien waivers, and related instruments
• support project timelines, budgets, and commercial operations
• monitor legal developments affecting procurement
• summarize deal terms and risks
• coordinate outside counsel
• assist the legal team on transactions and other matters.
