What you'll do

• Own TikTok Shop growth strategy, targets, testing, and prioritization
• build and manage the affiliate program
• source, vet, onboard, brief, and manage creators

• run organic content strategy
• prepare FTC-compliant creator briefs
• report on GMV, attributed orders, customer acquisition cost, and creator return on investment
• and operate affiliate platforms.
