Service Technician, Windows, Doors & Siding

Job overview

The Service Technician role is onsite in Woburn, MA; compensation is $28–$30 per hour. The technician supports Window World of Boston's residential window, door, and siding service work. The role diagnoses and resolves product and installation issues in customers' homes, completing measurements, adjustments, repairs, and replacement-window installations as needed. The technician documents work and coordinates with service, production, and installation teams to address customer concerns.

What you'll do

• Measure residential windows and doors
• service and repair window components and doors
• troubleshoot and repair siding
• install replacement windows when needed
• adjust windows and doors
• identify leaks, drafts, and water infiltration
• communicate with homeowners
• photograph and document work
• maintain the company vehicle, tools, parts, and materials
• follow procedures and safety requirements.
