What you'll do

• Maintain policies and procedures for negotiable instrument cashing and interdepartmental transactions
• supervise cage personnel and chip exchanges
• hire, train, motivate, and evaluate staff
• serve high-limit customers
• maintain and update customer credit information
• process authorized voids, corrections, refunds, redemptions, rewards adjustments, and win/loss statements
• review gaming regulations and enforce internal controls.
