What you'll do

• Oversee a customer caseload
• ensure case management, reporting, and service delivery meet funder requirements and internal quality standards
• enroll categorically eligible children as authorized
• explain parental rights, responsibilities, and attendance requirements
• track attendance and service use
• refer suspected fraud or misuse
• enter eligibility, demographic, and service information
• assist with quality assurance responses
• provide process information to parents
• may coordinate recruitment, processing, and monitoring of local relative providers.
