The Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist role is an in-person, community-based position serving families throughout the Raleigh-Durham area. Compensation is not specified. All About Therapy is a therapist-owned pediatric practice serving children from birth through age 17, with a collaborative team of occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists. The role provides communication support in the everyday environments where children live, learn, and play. The clinician evaluates children, develops individualized plans, delivers therapy, monitors progress, and coordinates with caregivers and care teams to support continuity of care.

What you'll do

• Conduct pediatric speech and language evaluations
• develop individualized treatment plans for communication, language, social skills, and feeding when applicable
• provide individual and clinically appropriate group therapy using play-based, functional interventions
• monitor progress and adjust strategies
• maintain compliant documentation
• communicate with caregivers and care teams
• coordinate scheduling and continuity of care.
