What you'll do

• Forecast staffing needs
• select, schedule, and coordinate caregivers
• manage schedule conflicts, emergencies, and call-outs
• communicate schedule changes to staff and client families
• record changes in company software
• audit timecards
• coordinate shift back-fill
• maintain caregiver files as needed
• provide CNA care during emergencies or staffing shortages
• accept on-call duty averaging two weeks per month.
