What you'll do

• Provide customer service, sales, and operational support
• answer phones and greet visitors
• resolve billing problems
• research shipment tracking requests and attempt to resolve misplaced shipments
• communicate with Sales and Service to resolve customer problems
• assist with sorting, loading and unloading, shipment processing, documentation, manifesting, bagging, shipment status information, and over-the-counter payments
• dispatch pickup and delivery information and arrange daily pickup schedules
• may process import/export documentation and assist with customs clearance in some markets.
