Transfer Driver

Job overview

The Transfer Driver role is onsite in Laurel, MD, with an hourly pay range of $24–$27. The driver moves major household appliances among Bray & Scarff store locations, the warehouse, and other company sites. The role keeps inventory moving safely and accurately while protecting merchandise in transit. It coordinates with store and warehouse teams and completes route, condition, and transfer documentation to support reliable operations.

What you'll do

• Load, secure, transport, and unload appliances
• complete scheduled transfer routes and pickup/drop-off runs
• verify model and serial numbers, quantities, and paperwork
• inspect and document merchandise condition
• use handling equipment and protective materials
• stage and organize merchandise
• coordinate timing and communicate delays
• obtain signatures, complete system documentation, take condition photos, and perform vehicle inspections.
