What you'll do

• Classify, research, validate, enter, and file vendor invoices
• reconcile vendor statements and request missing invoices
• document payment authorization and process check disbursements
• respond to vendor calls
• answer and route incoming calls
• greet customers, vendors, and visitors
• scan, upload, and enter business documents
• maintain vendor insurance records
• prepare daily cash reports and process cash and credit card payments
• maintain parts and service invoice records
• assist with credit applications, accounts receivable, and collections
• coordinate office supply orders
• provide administrative support and maintain accurate records.
