Transportation Operations Representative

What you'll do

• Assist with onboarding transportation partners and managing daily trips
• support parents and school districts
• manage customer operations, start-ups, retention, and development
• assist with proposals and customer negotiations
• manage staff equipment
• monitor legislation and support implementation
• coordinate routes with local providers during school-year start-up
• oversee account efficiency, vehicle maintenance, compliance, drivers, and transportation partners
• collaborate on reports and programs to improve service quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity
• support safe operations and prepare reports and standard operating procedures.
