The Registered Nurse — Construction Site Occupational Health role is onsite in Johnstown, OH. Pay is $45–$47 per hour, with shifts Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, approximately 10 hours per week. The nurse provides onsite occupational healthcare to workers at a construction project, addressing injuries and illnesses, supporting risk management, and collaborating with the project safety team to promote a safe and healthy work environment.

What you'll do

• Provide onsite triage, assessment, treatment, and follow-up for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses under established protocols
• maintain patient records in the electronic medical record
• support workers' compensation and risk management
• participate in Stretch and Flex activities, jobsite walks, orientations, and substance abuse testing
• maintain the clinic and coordinate with project safety, medical, and operational teams.

Why this role

Requires at least three years of RN experience in an emergency department, intensive care unit, or occupational medicine setting; current RN license or ability to obtain state licensure through reciprocity within 30 days; CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications. OSHA-10 training is required within 90 days and provided by MMC.
