Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Frankfort, KY. The stated pay is $19–$22 per hour, paid weekly. The position supports residents in a manufactured home community and reports to the Community Manager. The role maintains homes, systems, equipment, and grounds so the community remains functional, safe, and well cared for. It contributes through repairs, preventive upkeep, landscaping, and support for community maintenance planning.

What you'll do

• Perform painting, home remodeling, minor plumbing and electrical work, and landscaping
• assist with ventilation and refrigeration systems
• maintain heating and plumbing systems
• inspect alarm systems and arrange repairs when needed
• perform manual repairs such as fixing locks and replacing windows
• conduct pest-control activities
• maintain grounds
• assist with budget preparation
• mow, weed-eat, and trim hedges
• perform preventive maintenance and equipment repairs.
