Building Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Building Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Stephenville, TX. Compensation is $15–$18 per hour. The role supports the facilities of Interstate Inn and The Seeker, a boutique property with an onsite restaurant. The technician inspects buildings and maintains equipment and systems to keep the property operating efficiently. The role contributes to safe, reliable facilities by completing preventive maintenance, documenting service and repairs, and responding to maintenance requests, including on-call requests at night and on weekends.

What you'll do

• Record equipment servicing and repairs
• establish and implement preventive maintenance protocols
• inspect and repair doors, windows, and walls
• manage maintenance requests
• perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing fixtures, HVAC units, electrical wiring, and other equipment and systems.
