Club Operations Team Member

The Club Operations Team Member works onsite in South Easton, MA, for $20 per hour. The role supports LTP Pickleball’s club operations and member experience. This hands-on position helps keep the club welcoming, clean, organized, and operating smoothly. The team member greets and assists guests, supports court activities and events, prepares and serves food, may bartend when legally eligible and trained, and maintains club spaces and supplies.

What you'll do

• Greet members and guests
• check players in and assist with registrations, reservations, open play, clinics, leagues, and tournaments
• answer phones and basic questions
• prepare and serve food
• bartend when legally eligible and trained
• maintain kitchen, bar, courts, and common areas
• restock supplies and complete cleaning tasks.
