The role combines guest service with event setup, ushering, ticketing, facility upkeep, and coordination with renters and volunteers.

What you'll do

• Greet patrons, artists, and guests
• assist event renters
• help set up and maintain event spaces and AV equipment
• keep spaces clean and stocked
• record audience counts and collect surveys
• usher patrons
• complete event reports
• coordinate volunteers
• reconcile box office, concession, and donation receipts
• follow safety and emergency procedures.
