What you'll do

• Troubleshoot computer operations and provide technology expertise
• manage IT team priorities and resources
• develop and implement computer operations policies and procedures
• administer the core banking system and coordinate with its vendor
• consult with leadership and project teams on software and equipment needs
• monitor equipment and plan installations or upgrades
• oversee processing schedules, records, documentation, contingency planning, and department expenditures.
