What you'll do

• Manage Division 6 millwork and Division 12 casework construction scope, including custom woodwork, finish carpentry, and casework
• complete projects on time and within budget
• communicate with Nycom departments
• interpret architectural plans and specifications
• analyze scope
• coordinate scheduling, purchasing, vendor follow-up, submittals, change orders, and project closeout.
