What you'll do

• Oversee carTrac operations and work with District Route Supervisors to meet retrieval goals. Coach supervisors and conduct weekly operational reviews
• monitor route productivity and labor efficiency
• develop policies and processes
• and conduct operational audits. Support customer and partner relationships, retention, service expansion, safety reviews, route documentation, staffing, and financial reporting. Travel within the region up to 50% of the time
• evenings, weekends, and overtime may be required for meetings and public events.
