What you'll do

• Complete Packager Utility, Packager, and Packager I training
• use Leader Standard Work for daily, weekly, and monthly tasks
• help ensure finished goods are produced safely, accurately, and on time
• communicate schedules and daily assignments
• mentor production team members
• lead production huddles when the Production Supervisor is absent
• participate in supervisor check-ins
• support facility safety initiatives, HACCP compliance, job instructions, and safety analyses
• coordinate with meat room leaders, sales, warehouse, purchasing, HR, maintenance, and sanitation
• participate in training and inventory control.
