Federal Construction Estimator — Remote, EST/CST or Central Florida

What you'll do

• Estimate materials, equipment, utilities, and labor costs
• analyze construction documents and specifications
• prepare project estimates and schedules
• manage prequalification and pre-bid submissions
• prepare subcontractor scopes and bid packages
• evaluate and level subcontractor proposals
• submit budgets and documents by bid deadlines
• report project status
• develop contingency plans
• collaborate with teams and conduct site visits as needed.
