What you'll do

• Train, coach, and motivate Guest Service Associates

• co-lead Strut sessions and one-on-one coaching
• review timesheets
• educate guests on Wax Passes, services, and products
• coach sales and performance goals
• support guest acquisition, retention, and retail sales
• assist with local marketing
• process appointments, payments, refunds, and requests
• monitor guest satisfaction
• support inventory counts, deposits, cash reconciliation, cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.
