Lead Furniture Installer

The Lead Furniture Installer role is onsite in Saint Louis, MO. Pay is $30–$35 per hour, dependent on experience. The role is part of Circadia’s Facility Services Team, which delivers commercial furniture solutions and client support. The installer leads or supports field crews to install, reconfigure, and decommission commercial furniture safely and to manufacturer standards. The role contributes to client experience and project quality through jobsite coordination, communication, and practical problem-solving.

What you'll do

• Install, reconfigure, and decommission commercial furniture and systems
• lead or support installation crews
• review project information and coordinate daily jobsite activities
• communicate with project managers, clients, and crew members
• load, unload, receive, and verify products
• resolve field issues and escalate concerns
• follow manufacturer guidelines
• maintain tools and equipment
• level, adjust, repair, and clean furniture
• keep jobsites organized
• follow safety standards and report unsafe conditions
• communicate damages, errors, omissions, or project concerns
• assist with moves as needed.

Why this role

Requires 2+ years of experience installing commercial systems furniture, architectural products, millwork, or similar products. Previous lead installer or crew leadership experience and a Class E license are preferred.
