What you'll do

• Work safely around construction hazards
• use hand, electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic tools
• dig, spread, and level dirt and gravel
• lift, carry, and hold materials
• clean tools, equipment, materials, and work areas
• spray materials to clean, coat, or seal surfaces
• stop work when hazardous conditions are found
• communicate with supervision
• be prepared to operate fire-safety equipment
• remain onsite while work is underway
• and identify and address safety hazards.
