What you'll do

• Train and supervise adults with disabilities
• manage production at host companies, community job sites, or day support programs
• implement individual support plans and maintain participant documentation
• coordinate participant schedules and transportation
• maintain production and payroll records
• support participant integration into host-company workforces. May provide driver or bus-aide coverage as needed.
